LISA MCDONALD, MD, MSTC,
Co-Founder and Lead Advisor
Lisa is the co-founder and lead advisor of Endura Ventures. She is the Director of Healthcare at the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI), part of the University of Texas at Austin’s IC2 Institute, where she supports the growth of companies in the life sciences pipeline. She is also a lecturer in the College of Natural Sciences and teaches the “Inventor’s Practicum” course on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Lisa earned an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine, a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
ANDREW NERLINGER, MD,
Managing Director
Andrew is the Managing Director responsible for corporate and investor client relationships. His consulting roles have included positions as a venture partner with Bill Wood Ventures, venture partner with Vesalius Ventures, and international business development consultant for Biodex Medical Systems. He has supported the Texas entrepreneurial community as a Mentor for Tech Ranch Austin and as a Judge for the Rice Business Plan Competition.
Andrew holds a M.D. degree from Yale University School of Medicine and a dual B.S. in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. He trained in emergency medicine at UCLA and in internal medicine at the Yale-affiliated Hospital of Saint Raphael.
